Bank of America is the largest U.S. bank providing full service home banking, also available to business customers.  An innovative feature of their site is BYOB (Build Your Own Bank) which allows customers to create their own page, updated with information of interest to them.

First Union is probably the leader in providing a full range of services to businesses online (cash management and merchant services among them) in addition to full service consumer or personal banking.  Their site is service marked (sm) Cyberbanking, so they've set themselves up to remain among the innovators.
